Case Study: Casino Entertainment Stage

Related Product: Entertainment Stage

Having a stage that is set up every Friday and taken down every Sunday at a major concert venue like a casino requires one thing - portability.  The Entertainment Stage, shown at left, is a great example of an eye-catching design that can work either in a temporary settting or be left in place as a permanent fixture.  This particular project is setup for concerts on Friday and Saturday nights and taken down on Sundays to be stored during the week.  Hard to believe something that massive can disappear so quickly, but FeatherBlock makes it possible.

This 8ft x 8ft x 24in Drum Riser sits on top of a stage surface that is already 2ft off the ground.  The drummer feels like they are on top of the world from their vantage point 4ft off the ground which is accessed via a drum riser access staircase.

A closer look reveals that the Drum Riser in this setting comes equipped with a 42in-high tempered glass safety railing.  The transparency of the tempered glass allows for an unobstructed view of the beautiful colored waterfall in the backdrop of this photo.

Another view of the drum riser from the front complete with instrumentation and sound.

Full view of the Entertainment Stage before a Friday night concert complete with full instrumentation and sound.  Notice that despite the presence of amps, keyboards, and the sound equipment, there is still plenty of floor space for the musicians to freely move around on.
